Wedding Dresses

I choose to research the history of wedding dresses for many reasons. First, as wedding dresses are a source of amazement for me, I thought it would be fun to find out the history of them and understand more about their importance. Wedding dresses are a very important part to the most important day of some people's lives, and I want to further investigate their significance. Wedding dresses have been, and probably always will be, beautiful and special to every girl's wedding.

The History of Wedding Dresses: About

Ever since the beginning of time, weddings have marked a special day in people's lives.  Brides have worn special clothing for their weddings forever, but wedding dresses have been noted as late as the Middle ages in Europe.  Wedding dresses hold symbolisim that mark a celebratory day.  The white wedding dress holds the symbolizim of purity.  White wedding dresses have been traced back for hundreds of years.
